About me...

My name is Hermance van Dijk (Haarlem, 1982).
In June 2005 I finished my studies at the "Photo Academy" in Amsterdam.

My main subject is pop photography. From the very beginning I enjoyed taking pictures of musicians most. That is why you will find portraits, group photos, live pictures and a report from a band on tour on this site.

I also take pictures of individuals or groups who have no connection with the pop scene.

I got nominated for the Photo Academy Award in the category People / Portraits.
